We produce a wide range of lasting components, including Companion Flanges, Case Differentials, Axle Carriers, Drive Shaft-Yokes, and Brake Spiders. Our hot forging process applies advanced technology to parts like Slip Yokes and Flange Yokes.
Ductile Iron & Forging:

We are an accredited D.O.L (Direct On Line) supplier for the agriculture (Tractor) segment, manufacturing critical parts like various housings, Pistons, and Sleeves.
Sector Leadership:

Keeping pace with industry trends, we have proactively developed 600/10 grade Case Differentials specifically for the Electric Vehicle (EV) segment.
EV Readiness

We are a key manufacturer and supplier of the Banjo Beam Assembly (Fabricated Light Commercial Vehicle Axle Beam) to a global tier 1 company. This production utilizes a dedicated line with robotic welding and the efficiency of “Single Piece Flow.”

Our sister concern provides raw castings with an impressive 3200 MT monthly capacity. The foundry features advanced technologies like 3 DISA and 1 Rahino High Pressure Moulding lines and has developed the specialized 600/10 grade casting.
Atharva Foundries Pvt Ltd

Equipped with a 1600-ton Russian Press, this plant can forge components up to 8 Kgs.
Hot Forging Plant

Operating with hydraulic capacities up to 800 tons, this plant works on a dedicated line utilizing Robotic Welding and CMM for stringent quality control, producing parts for the Banjo Beam Assembly (Rear Axle).
Sheet Metal Pressing Plant
